This article explains how our system works
Universal Translation Memory (UTM) is a global shared contextual translation memory based on a graph database that uses a ranking system to identify and recommend the best translations that match your project.
Even though our machine learning algorithm keeps improving with every new translation, the UTM translations should still be treated as recommendations and not the final translations for your project. An additional approval/verification step is recommended to ensure that the translations are accurate and satisfy your project's requirements.
Unless a translation is approved, it is treated like a recommended translation. Such translations are underlined with a green color when translation mode is activated. Once the translation is reviewed and approved, it is added to your project's Translation Memory (TM) and the translation is locked in your project. Approved translations are underlined with a blue color.
At any time approved translations can be locked, unlocked, edited or removed from your project's TM.
